eCom Partners with IBM to deliver Business Process Excellence with FileNet


eCom, New Zealand’s specialist provider of business process management solutions, with over 13 years expertise in the field, has partnered with IBM to deliver its FileNet content and business process management solutions to clients throughout New Zealand and Australia.

IBM’s FileNet software is a field leader and provides a framework to bring together people, processes and information by integrating business process management (BPM) and enterprise content management (ECM), all sup-ported by a service-oriented architecture strategy.
